The Raceday Stewards received a report from Ms. J. Taylor, Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer, that Tara Na Ri, trained by Noel Meade, was found to be a gelding and not a colt as shown on the passport presented. Having considered the report, the Raceday Stewards fined Noel Meade €130 in accordance with the provisions of Rule 148(xii).
J.A. Heffernan, rider of Bodhi Bear, trained by J.A.Stack, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was keen early on.
C. Horgan, rider of Just Jump, trained by Andrew Slattery, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount ducked left as the gates opened.
C.T. Keane, rider of Tara Na Ri, trained by Noel Meade, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount suffered interference as the gates opened. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.
327B Safer Gambling H'capThe Raceday Stewards requested a report from Charles Weld, trainer, as to the apparent improvement in form of Rosato, placed first, as compared with its most recent run. Charles Weld reported that he could not account for the improvement in form other than his charge was a small bit quiet in herself on her previous run. Having considered the report the Raceday Stewards noted the explanation given.
The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Saturn Seven, trained by Edward Lynam, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
J.M. Sheridan, rider of Iva Batt, trained by R. K. Watson, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount jumped right from the gates.
327C Irish Stallion Farms EBF M'dnW.M. Lordan, rider of Snapdragon, trained by A.P.O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount leaned left from the halfway mark.
W.J. Lee, rider of Lunigiana, trained by W. McCreery, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount lost footing after jumping out of the stalls.

Adam Caffrey, rider of Gimmieminnie, trained by M.M. Rice, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was slowly away.

327G1 Navan Racing Festival Real Deal Pack HcpThe Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Elusive Guy, trained by Jarlath P.Fahey, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident in the back straight involving Forlio (GB), ridden by W.J. Lee, placed sixth, Penny Jar, ridden by R. Whearty, placed fourth, and Final Endeavour, ridden by C.D. Hayes, unplaced, where it appeared Final Endeavour had to check. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. C.D. Hayes stated that he ran out of room and caught heels with Forlio. R. Whearty stated that he edged out to give his mount a bit of room and was unaware of Forlio behind him but felt he was clear at the time. W.J. Lee stated that he ended up on Penny Jar's heels approximately a stride before that horse manoeuvred right. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards took no further action other than to remind R. Whearty to ride with more awareness in future.
W.J. Lee, rider of Forlio (GB), trained by Paul W. Flynn, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount had to take a check halfway down the back.
C.D. Hayes, rider of Final Endeavour, trained by H.Rogers, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was wiped out down the back.
327G2 Navan Racing Festival Real Deal Pack HcpThe Raceday Stewards fined F.G. Hand, trainer, €65 for failing to fit the declared cheekpieces to Enquire Within, prior to entering the parade ring.
W.J. Lee, rider of Say It So, trained by E. McNamara, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that when his mount hit the front he lugged briefly right for two strides but he corrected it immediately.
