The Stewards fined the following trainer in respect of their non-runner:-

Charles O'Brien, trainer of No Big Deal (no show) - €400

147A Adare Manor Opportunity M'dn H'dle

J. Coen, rider of Western Note, trained by Gordon Elliott, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount stopped quickly.

147C Joe Quinn Transport Longford H'cap H'dle

The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident on the bend after the winning post on the second circuit involving Ballykinlar, ridden by A. McCurtin, placed second and Give Her Hollie, ridden by J.C. Gainford, unplaced, where it appeared Give Her Hollie ran short of room. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. A. McCurtin stated that he felt he was clear when he went back to the rail after passing Give Her Hollie. J.C. Gainford stated that his race was run and his mount was retreating when he momentarily ran short of room. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident on the bend after the winning post, on the second circuit involving Kinbara Hills, ridden by S.W. Flanagan, placed fifth, Our Uncle Jack, ridden by Mr D.M. Fitzgerald, unplaced and Theanniversary Man, ridden by Niall Moore, unplaced where it appeared Our Uncle Jack clipped a heel. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. S.W. Flanagan stated that he received a bump from the horse on his inside, after it clipped a heel. Mr D.M. Fitzgerald stated that his mount caught a heel of the horse in front of him. Niall Moore stated that he maintained his racing line. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

The Raceday Stewards enquired into the first approach to the starter involving Loup De Tallane(FR), ridden by A.P. Kelly, Blue Reed (FR), ridden by C.P. Millar, Cosmo Renfro, ridden by K.E. Buckley, Simpletwistoffaith, ridden by D.J. O'Keeffe, Kinbara Hills, ridden by S.W. Flanagan, Ballykinlar, ridden by A. McCurtin, Our Uncle Jack, ridden by Mr D.M. Fitzgerald, Johanna'sjean, ridden by C. Stone-Walsh, Silent Dawn, ridden by D. Meyler, Getaway Master, ridden by J.J. Slevin, Give Him A Chance, ridden by T. Power Roche, Sydney Cruiser, ridden by T.P. Harney, Give Her Hollie, ridden by J.C. Gainford and Theanniversary Man, ridden by Niall Moore, where it appeared all horses broke into a trot or canter before the flag was raised. Evidence was heard from the I.H.R.B Starter. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned who denied they were in breach. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted but reminded the riders of their obligation to respect and follow the instructions of the Starter. A. McCurtin had left the racetrack prior to the enquiry and therefore The Raceday Stewards referred his conduct to a Senior Racing Official for further investigation. Mr D.M. Fitzgerald did not return for deliberations and therefore The Raceday Stewards referred his conduct to a Senior Racing Official for further investigation.

K.E Buckley, rider of Cosmo Renfro, trained by Shane Nolan, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount jumped poorly throughout.

D.J. O'Keeffe, rider of Simpletwistoffaith, trained by Patrick J. F. Hassett, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount never travelled.

147E Geoff's Scally's Centra Beginners S'cha

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Game On (GB), trained by Noel Meade, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to have an overreach to its left fore heel but was otherwise post race normal.

147F GUY Clothing & KODE Clothing H'cap S'ch

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Cheerful Chap, trained by P.J. Rothwell, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be have some skin scrapes but was otherwise post race normal.

The Raceday Stewards reviewed an incident in the closing stages involving She's A Fine Wine, ridden by D.J. O'Keeffe, placed first, and Kilashee, ridden by D. King, placed second, where it appeared that She's A Fine Wine crossed Kilashee. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

147G Follow Kilbeggan (P-Am) INH Flat Race

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Rapid Redemption, trained by Gordon Elliott, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
