D. E. Mullins replaced R.P. Treacy on Tomeric (FR), trained by E. McNamara (Race 6)(Stood down)

376B Signsplus H'dle

The Stewards received a report from the Clerk of the Scales, Ms. Aveena O'Keeffe, that Mr L.P. Gilligan, rider of Born By The Sea, had presented himself to weigh out at two pounds overweight, which was not declared at declaration time. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who accepted that this was the case. Having considered the evidence, the Stewards allowed the overweight on this occasion but were satisfied that Mr. L. P. Gilligan was in breach of both Rule 195 and rule 198 and having considered his record in this regard the Stewards fined Mr. L. P. Gilligan €150 on this occasion.

376C Eden Capital M'dn H'dle

C.F. Hart, rider of Bal De Rio (FR) trained by Denis Gerard Hogan, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount hung left throughout.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Bal De Rio (FR), trained by Denis Gerard Hogan, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be slightly lame left fore.

376D O'Kelly Brothers (Mares) H'cap H'dle

D.J. O'Keeffe, rider of Rebel Early trained by W.J. Burke, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount never travelled.

The Stewards enquired into an incident shortly after the start involving Tucanae, ridden by O.R. Brown, who fell on the flat and Presenting Meghan, ridden by C.P. McNamara, who was badly hampered and unseated. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were satisfied that any interference caused was accidental in nature and they took no further action.

P.T. Enright, rider of Trevena (GB) trained by Mrs D.A.Love, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount never travelled.

376E Matchbook Exchange Faugheen Nov. S'chase

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer reported to the Stewards that Asterion Forlonge (FR) trained by W.P. Mullins was found to have blood at the nostrils post race, probably as a result of a fall.

376F Mr. Binman H'cap S'chase

G.B. Noonan, rider of Chesterville trained by Patrick Neville, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount hung badly.
