The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Misty's Gift, trained by David Harry Kelly, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
J.S. McGarvey, rider of Misty's Gift, trained by David Harry Kelly, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount never travelled.
078B Don't Tell John M H'cap H'dleC. Brassil, rider of Whatdoyawanttoknow, trained by Mary Ellen Doyle, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung badly left the whole way.
078C Coolmore N.H. Sires Capri H'cap S'chaseThe Raceday Stewards interviewed K. Callaghan, rider of Johngus, trained by Sean Aherne, concerning his riding in the closing stages of this race where he appeared to ease his mount up after jumping the last, loosing sixth place as a consequence. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who stated that his mount made a lot of jumping mistakes including at the third last and felt he had no more to give after jumping the last. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards noted the explanation of the rider and took no further action.
078D Rathbarry & Glenview (M) Hunters S'chaseThe Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Dancing After Dark, trained by J.G. Bennett, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Ma Hoey, trained by Eoin Christopher McCarthy, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
Mr F. Maguire, rider of The Dollarlady, trained by Paul Tobin, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung right throughout the race and also that his mount had a cut on her near hind leg.
078F Jack Tyner Memorial Hunters S'chaseThe Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer reported to the Raceday Stewards that Ultimate Optimist trained by D.M. Christie was found to have blood at both nostrils post race.
