The IHRB Veterinary Officer examined Happy Victory (FR), trained by Gordon Elliott, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
Mr H.C. Swan, rider of Happy Victory (FR), trained by Gordon Elliott, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount never travelled.
Michael Butler, trainer of Ask The Bishop, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his charge had overreached and was subsequently pulled up.

P.K. Donovan, rider of Trackman Tommy, trained by Patrick G. Kelly, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount ran very green throughout.
049D Killinan H'cap H'dleL.A. McKenna, rider of Flashthelights, trained by Stephen McConville, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount did not handle the ground.
The Raceday Stewards requested a report from James Joseph Mangan, trainer, as to the apparent improvement in form of Mahlers Cove, placed first, as compared with its recent form. The trainer reported that his charge is a difficult individual to train and in an attempt to address this he now trains the animal out of the field, which he felt had contributed to the apparent improvement in form. Having considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards noted the content of the report.
049E Holycross M'dn H'dleThe Raceday Stewards interviewed A. McCurtin, rider of Monza Man, concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned, who accepted that he was in breach of R10 and apologised for his actions. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that A. McCurtin was in breach of both Regulation 10.3(g)(frequency) and 10.3(i)(time to respond) and having considered his record, they suspended him for 5 racedays.
The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident after the last hurdle involving Monza Man, ridden by A. McCurtin, placed second, No Fussing, ridden by Niall Moore, placed first and Young Darleen, ridden by D. Meyler, placed fourth, where it appeared that Young Darleen met with interference. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. A. McCurtin, stated that he did not suffer any interference. D. Meyler, stated that his mount had ran its race and met with slight interference, which he felt was of little consequence. Niall Moore, stated that his mount raced both left and right after the last and made slight contact with Young Darleen. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that Niall Moore was in breach of Rule 214(careless riding) and having considered his record, they cautioned him on this occasion.
