The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer reported to the Stewards that Give Me A Moment trained by E. McNamara was found to have had blood on the nose post race as a result of exercise induced pulmonary haemorrhage.
211B KilbegganRaces.com Novice H'dleP. Townend, rider of N'golo trained by W.P. Mullins, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount ran disappointingly and was tired after the first circuit.
The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined N'golo, trained by W.P. Mullins, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal, samples were taken for analysis.
211C Racing TV H'cap H'dleT.N. Brett, rider of Coral Blue trained by S.M.Duffy, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount hung left in the latter stages of this race.
211E Kilbeggan Races On Facebook Beg. S'chaseS.A. Mulcahy, rider of Funky Dady (FR) trained by Denis Gerard Hogan, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his saddle slipped just before the home turn.
The Stewards enquired into possible interference in the closing stages of this race involving Funky Dady (FR), ridden by S.A. Mulcahy, placed first and Jack Hackett, ridden by Rachael Blackmore, placed second, where it appeared that Jack Hackett checked on the rails. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards made no alteration to the Judge's placings and took no further action. Mr. Jack Rearden, Chairman, absented himself from this enquiry which was chaired by Mr. Justice Tony Hunt. .
The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer reported to the Stewards that Jack Hackett trained by Mrs D.A.Love was found to have lost its right fore shoe in running and was lame post race.
211F Racingtv.com H'cap S'chaseOwing to the low lying sun, the Stewards granted permission for the omission of fence number 1 from this race.
The Stewards enquired into an incident in the back straight on the first circuit involving Red Jack, ridden by D.J. O'Keeffe, Timiyan (USA), ridden by M.P. Walsh, Global Racing, ridden by C.P. McNamara, Napoleon Blue, ridden by S.W. Flanagan and Father Jed, ridden by D.E. Mullins where it appeared that interference may have occurred causing Timiyan to check on the rails. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were satisfied that the interference was accidental in nature as a result of general bunching and they therefore took no further action.
B.J. Cooper, rider of Kilkishen trained by John Joseph Hanlon, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount was struck into and pulled up.
J.M. Moore, rider of Quantatmental, trained by Gavin Cromwell, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount clipped a heel following an incident in running.
