239A Victoria House Tramore (M) Beg. S'chase

P.T. Enright, rider of Marriage Ring, trained by Martin Paul Fitzgerald, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount never travelled and was subsequently pulled up.

S. Fitzgerald, rider of Natural Look, trained by Declan Queally, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his saddle slipped.

239D Comeragh Veterinary Kilmacthomas Mdn Hdl

The Raceday Stewards fined P.G. Fahey, trainer €65 for failing fit the declared Blinkers to Dylan's Day, prior to entering the parade ring.

The IHRB Veterinary Officer reported to the Raceday Stewards that Dylan's Day, trained by P.G. Fahey, was found to be lame post race.

239G Irish Stall Farms EBF (M) INH Flat Race

The Raceday Stewards interviewed Mr A.P. Ryan, rider of Late Vocation, concerning his use of the whip in the latter stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who stated that his mount was hanging right all the way and he was trying to correct his mount but accepted he was in breach of the whip Regulation. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that Mr. A.P. Ryan was in breach of Regulation 10.3(g) (frequency) and 10.3 (i) (time to respond). Having considered his record in this regard, they suspended him for nine Racedays.

Mr A.P. Ryan, rider of Late Vocation, trained by P.F. McEnery, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung right throughout this race.
