A.W. Short replaced E. Walsh on Wolfofallstreets, trained by P.J. Rothwell (Race 3)(Injured)
J.P. O'Sullivan rode Happie Days (reserve) , trained by Thomas Gibney (Race 4)
D.J. O'Keeffe rode Otzi (reserve) , trained by A.J. McNamara (Race 5)

278A Joe Mac Novice H'dle

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined The Very Man, trained by Gordon Elliott, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be stiff post race.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined January Jets, trained by Henry de Bromhead, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

278B Horse & Jockey Hotel H'dle

D.N. Russell, rider of Chosen Mate, trained by Gordon Elliott, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount sustained a cut and leaned left.

D.J. O'Keeffe, rider of Djingle (FR), trained by John Queally, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount ran short of room after jumping the last.

The Stewards enquired into possible interference after the last hurdle involving Chosen Mate, ridden by D.N. Russell, placed fourth and Djingle (FR), ridden by D.J. O'Keeffe, placed fifth, where it appeared Djingle (FR) ran short of room on the rail. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards made no alteration to the Judge's placings but found D.N. Russell in breach of Rule 214 (Careless Riding) and having taken his record into account suspended him for 2 race days.

278D Tipperary Races On Twitter H'cap H'dle

Due to a fault with the starting mechanism the Stewards granted permission for Races 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 to be started by flag.

G.B. Noonan, rider of Lilshane trained by Thomas P.O'Connor, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount made a noise and pulled up.

A. McCurtin, rider of Sullane Hill, trained by P.C.O'Connor, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount stumbled independently entering the back straight.

The Stewards enquired into an incident on entering the back straight involving Lilshane, ridden by G.B. Noonan, Abyssinian, ridden by S.D. Torrens, Dragon Houdini, ridden by D. Meyler, Finding Joy, ridden by T. Ryan, and Lessofdnegativity, ridden by D.J. O'Keeffe, where it appeared Lessofdnegativity ran short of room on the inner. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards could apportion no blame to any individual rider and took no further action.

D.J. O'Keeffe, rider of Lessofdnegativity trained by A.J. McNamara, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount ran short of room on the inner entering the back straight.

278F Tipperary H'cap S'chase

The Stewards fined John Patrick Ryan, trainer, €65 as his charge Bitview Colin, entered the parade ring with Blinkers which had not been declared.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Fightfortheroses, trained by E. Bolger, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

278H Tipperary H'cap H'dle

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Galaxy Girl, trained by Gavin Cromwell, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer reported to the Stewards that Coppercoast Paudie trained by Ms.M.Flynn was lame post race.

Ms.M.Flynn, trainer of Coppercoast Paudie, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that her charge lost his actoin and was lame post race.
