203A Walter Hennessy Mares Beginners S'chase

Niall Moore, rider of Easter Recital trained by Eric Larkin, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount never travelled and hung badly throughout.

Kieran Callaghan, rider of Family Business trained by Donal Coffey, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount made a bad mistake early on and jumped poorly throughout.

203B equuip - A Leg Up Beg S'chase

J.W. Kennedy, rider of Don Diablo trained by Gordon Elliott, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount made a mistake at the last with a circuit to race and never travelled thereafter.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Lord Royal (FR), trained by W.P. Mullins, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

P. Townend, rider of Lord Royal (FR) trained by W.P. Mullins, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount made an abnormal respiratory noise.

203D Adare Manor Opportunity H'cap Chase

Kieran Callaghan, rider of Avec Espoir (GB) trained by V. T. O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount got badly hampered and was pulled up thereafter.

G. Brouder, rider of Force Of Forces (FR) trained by I.Madden, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount never travelled throughout this race.

The Stewards enquired into an incident passing the winning post with a circuit to race involving Crazywork De Vassy (FR), ridden by C.M. Quirke, and I'm Not Alone, ridden by C.G. O'Dwyer where it appeared Crazywork De Vassy got tight for room. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. C.M. Quirke stated that he received presser from his outside causing him to clip a heel and lose a iron. C.G. O'Dwyer stated that his mount was lugging in towards the rail and thought he was further ahead from the horse on his inside when he moved across, but accepted he had caused interference. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were satisfied that C.G O'Dwyer, was in breach of Rule 214 in that he had ridden carelessly, and having considered his record in this regard the Stewards suspended him for 2 racedays.

203E Packie Downey Memorial Rated Nov Chase

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined L'impertinent (FR), trained by E. Bolger, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

203G Racing Again August 5th Beginners Schase

Rachael Blackmore, rider of Frontier General trained by Henry de Bromhead, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that her mount never travelled throughout this race.
