P. K. Donovan replaced G. Brouder on Jack Holiday, trained by John F. Gleeson (Race 3)(Stood down)
S. F. O'Keeffe replaced G. Brouder on Bold Emperor, trained by Thomas Gibney (Race 4)(stood down).
J. J. Slevin replaced B.J. Cooper on Cluan Dara, trained by John Patrick Ryan (Race 5)(stood down)
D. F. O'Regan replaced B.J. Cooper on Fancy Foundations (GB), trained by Gordon Elliott (Race 6)(stood down)
S. F. O'Keeffe replaced B.J. Cooper on Father Jed, trained by John Patrick Ryan (Race 7)(Stood down)

265B Leo McMorrow Memorial Novice Hcap Schase

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer reported to the Stewards that Silver Star (FR) trained by Gordon Elliott was found to have blood at both nostrils post race, possibly as a result of exercise induced pulmonary haemorrhage.

D.F. O'Regan, rider of Silver Star (FR) trained by Gordon Elliott, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount burst a blood vessel.

The Stewards fined John Patrick Ryan, trainer, €65 for failing to fit a tongue tie to Rippon Lodge, prior to entering the parade ring.

265C Frank O'Beirne H'cap S'chase

At the request of the Stewards, P. K. Donovan, rider of Jack Holiday, trained by John F. Gleeson, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount jumped the third last very well and then stopped quickly.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Jack Holiday, trained by John F. Gleeson, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be clinically abnormal post race.

265D Brenda Anderson Memorial Beg S'chase

The Stewards interviewed A. McCurtin, rider of Rebel Waltz, concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who accepted that he was in breach of the regulation and apologised. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards were satisfied that A. McCurtin was in breach of Regulation 10.3.g, excessive frequency. Having considered A. McCurtin's record in this regard the Stewards suspended A. McCurtin for seven racedays and ordered him to attend R.A.C.E for one days tuition on the correct use of the whip.

265E Owenmore H'cap S'chase

A.W. Short, rider of Old Town Road trained by Sabrina J. Harty, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount jumped and hung left throughout.

The Stewards enquired into an incident on the bend into the back straight on the final circuit involving Just A Normal Day, ridden by P.J. Cawley, unplaced, Old Town Road, ridden by A.W. Short, unplaced and Go Battle, ridden by S.A. Mulcahy, placed fifth, where it appeared that Old Town Road kicked out at Go Battle. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. P. J. Cawley stated that he suffered interference when the horse in front of him moved towards the rail. S. A.. Mulcahy stated that he received a kick from Old Town Road. A. W. Short stated that he felt at the time that his mount had momentarily lost its action. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were of the opinion that any interference which occurred was accidental in nature and was caused by Old Town Road kicking out at Go Battle, and they took no further action. .

265F Templehouse Lake S'chase

Thomas Reilly, rider of Samson (GB) trained by Miss Tracy M.Reilly, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount burst a blood vessel.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer reported to the Stewards that Samson (GB) trained by Miss Tracy M.Reilly was found to have blood at both nostrils post race, possibly as a result of exercise induced pulmonary haemorrhage.

265G Riverstown H'cap S'chase

G.B. Noonan, rider of Top Question trained by L.J.Archdeacon, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount hung violently left and lost its action and was pulled up.
