The Stewards fined the following trainer in respect of their non-runner:-

Thomas Gibney, trainer of Bossy Bird (ran recently) - €200.

The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

J.P. Shinnick replaced C.P. Millar on Boola Times, trained by David Kenneth Budds (Race 3)(stood down).
D.J. O'Keeffe replaced C.P. Millar on Belle Of Boston, trained by Ciaran Murphy (Race 4)(stood down).
D.J. O'Keeffe replaced C.P. Millar on Kate Ill Know, trained by David Kenneth Budds (Race 6)(stood down).
P.M. O'Brien rode Westoftignes (reserve) trained by Adrian Murray (Race 2).
S.W. Flanagan rode October Hill (reserve) trained by Colin Bowe (Race 4).
C. Stone-Walsh replaced K.M. Donoghue on Pampar Lady, trained by Gavin Cromwell (Race 6)(stood down).
D. Meyler replaced K.M. Donoghue on Parkgarve, trained by Ian Patrick Donoghue (Race 7)(stood down).

185A Knockcroghery Claiming H'dle

The Raceday Stewards advised Jamie Albert Sloan, trainer of Retreat Archie, that a repeat performance from his charge who refused to race may render the animal liable to a suspension in the future.

185B Adare Manor Opportunity M'dn H'dle

The Raceday Stewards granted permission for Luck Between Us, to run in accordance with the provision of Rule 90(v) as positive identification can be made but there are discrepancies in the markings as recorded in the Passport. The Trainer shall have 30 days to update the passport to the satisfaction of an IHRB Veterinary Officer/Assistant.

P.M. O'Brien, rider of Westoftignes, trained by Adrian Murray, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount ran green and stayed on past tired horses.

185C1 Frenchpark M'dn H'dle

The Raceday Stewards granted permission for Rememberthename, to run in accordance with the provision of Rule 90(v) as positive identification can be made but there are discrepancies in the markings as recorded in the Passport. The Trainer shall have 30 days to update the passport to the satisfaction of an IHRB Veterinary Officer/Assistant.

At the request of the Raceday Stewards, T. Power Roche, rider of Coolboy Christy, trained by P.J. Rothwell, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount has been keen recently and that his instructions today were to drop back to allow his mount to settle, however he ran too keen early on.

185C2 Frenchpark M'dn H'dle

The Raceday Stewards informed Peter Maher, trainer of Rosie Brown, that a repeat performance from his charge who was withdrawn by order of the Raceday Stewards, having refused to race may render the animal liable to suspension in future.

S.F. O'Keeffe, rider of Rosie Brown, trained by Peter Maher, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount refused to start.

185D SuperValu Co. Rosc. Ladies Day Nov. Hdle

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Yoradreamer (GB), trained by W.P. Mullins, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Kainsbourg (FR), trained by Gordon Elliott, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to have coughed during examination.

185E REMAX Team Earley H'cap H'dle

Mr B.T. Stone, rider of Applejack Poet, trained by Liz Doyle, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his saddle slipped early on, kicked his feet out of his stirrups and struggled to pull up.

185F Roscommon Herald H'cap H'dle

The Raceday Stewards fined John Joseph Hanlon, trainer, €65 for failing fit the declared cheekpieces to Keep It Cool, prior to entering the parade ring.

P.T. Enright, rider of Somerset Hill, trained by Leonard Paul Flynn, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount pulled up having burst a blood vessel. The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Somerset Hill and confirmed the animal to have blood at both nostrils post race.

P. Hanlon, rider of Keep It Cool, trained by John Joseph Hanlon, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was hampered with a circuit to go. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Arrycan, trained by Liam P Cusack, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

Miss G. Benson, rider of What A Flirth, trained by Peter John Flood, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that her mount never travelled.

The Raceday Stewards interviewed K. Callaghan, rider of Spellacy's Cross, concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who accepted that he was in breach of the regulation and apologised for his actions. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that he was in breach of Regulation 10.3.g (excessive frequency) and having considered his record in this regard (third offence), the Raceday Stewards suspended K. Callaghan for nine racedays.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer reported to the Raceday Stewards that Spellacy's Cross trained by James M. Barcoe, lost a left hind shoe in running.

185G I.S.F. EBF(M)(Ladies P-Am) INH Flat Race

Anna McGuinness, rider of Palpatate, trained by Sean Aherne, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that her mount hung left.
