D.P. McDonogh, rider of Sweet Bay, trained by Joseph Patrick O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount got upset in the stalls.

The Raceday Stewards advised Aidan Anthony Howard, trainer of Lady Mary Heath, that a repeat performance from his charge who unseated the rider twice on the way down to the start may render the animal liable to a suspension in the future.

The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident in the home straight involving Northern Attitude, ridden by C. Geerdharry, placed fourth, and Mullacash Buzz, ridden by G.M. Ryan, unplaced, where it appeared G.M. Ryan had to check. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. G.M. Ryan stated that he had to snatch up for a stride and contact was made. C. Geerdharry stated that he thought he was clear at the time. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards found C. Geerdharry was in breach of Rule 214 in that he had ridden carelessly, and having considered his clean record in this regard the Raceday Stewards suspended him for two racedays.

D.P. McDonogh, rider of Palmezzano, trained by Joseph Patrick O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount had to shorten his stride inside the last 50 yards.

S. Foley, rider of Kevin The Great, trained by Mrs John Harrington, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount leaned right under pressure.

D.P. McDonogh, rider of Vierson, trained by Ciaran Murphy, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount ran keen.

W.J. Lee, rider of Purple Lily, trained by P. Twomey, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount jumped well from the stalls but missed a step when it jumped and stopped quickly two furlongs out.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Purple Lily, trained by P. Twomey, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

R.P. Whelan, rider of Cad Is Anam, trained by John F. O'Neill, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount ran free for the first half of the race.
