075A Return Of The Flat At Navan H'cap

The Raceday Stewards requested a report from Chris Timmons, trainer, as to the apparent improvement in form of Step Back In Time, placed first, as compared with its most recent run. Chris Timmons stated that the better ground today had helped to bring about the apparent improvement in form. Having considered the report the Raceday Stewards noted the content of the report.

075B Vintage Crop Raceday April 26 (C&G) M'dn

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer reported to the Raceday Stewards that Beat The Devil trained by Patrick Magee was found to be a gelding and not a colt as shown on the passport presented. Having considered the report, the Raceday Stewards fined Patrick Magee €130 in accordance with the provisions of Rule 148(xii).

075C Cusack Hotel Group Family Fun Day H'cap

The Raceday Stewards enquired into possible interference in the closing stages of this race involving Poetic Sound, ridden by C.T. Keane, placed second, and Saturn, ridden by S.T. McCullagh, placed first, where it appeared interference may have occurred. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. C. T. Keane stated that they got close but it made no difference to his finishing position. S. T. McCullagh stated that his mount idled in front and moved slightly left. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards made no alteration to the judges placings and took no further action.

C.T. Keane, rider of Poetic Sound, trained by G.M.Lyons, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount rolled around up the straight.

S.T. McCullagh, rider of Saturn, trained by Mrs John Harrington, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount leaned a bit left due to tiredness past the furlong pole.

075D Enjoy Hospitality At Navan H'cap

S. Foley, rider of Makaiah, trained by Gerard O'Leary, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount got tight for room between the two and the one furlong markers. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the matter the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

M.W Hassett, rider of Bynx, trained by Martin Hassett, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung violently left throughout and he had to sit when things got tight close to the line. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the matter the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

075E Irish EBF Spring Series Med. Auct. M'dn

S. Foley, rider of God The Highness, trained by Mrs John Harrington, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount ran a little bit keen.

075F Summer BBQ Packages Apprentice H'cap

D.J. O'Connor, rider of Church Mountain, trained by Denis Gerard Hogan, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung very badly right throughout.

J.J.G. Ryan, rider of Harseva, trained by Patrick Magee, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount took a keen hold.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Tuba (GB), trained by Richard John O'Brien, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

075G Bective Restaurant H'cap

M.W Hassett, rider of Angelo Pio, trained by Joseph Patrick O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung left in the straight.
