The Stewards ordered the withdrawal of Onehundredpercent (FR), trained by C.W.J. Farrell, for failing to present his charge on time in accordance with the provisions of Rule 90 (i).
At the request of the Stewards, M.P. Fogarty, rider of All About Joe, trained by C.A.Murphy, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount made a respiratory noise after the third last and was pulled up.
The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined All About Joe, trained by C.A.Murphy, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be suffering from heat stress post race.
380E Tim Duggan Memorial H'cap S'chaseD. Meyler, rider of Moyhenna trained by Denis Gerard Hogan, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount was badly hampered by a faller.
380H Lyons Of Limerick Jaguar Novice H'dleThe Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Costalotmore, trained by R.P.O'Keeffe, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
At the request of the Stewards, M.P. Fogarty, rider of Costalotmore, trained by R.P.O'Keeffe, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount travelled well and stopped quickly.
The Stewards interviewed Robert Murphy, trainer, concerning the failure to nominate a rider before the designated time for Darrens Hope. Evidence was heard from the trainer concerned. Having considered the evidence, the Stewards were satisfied that there were mitigating circumstances and accepted the explanation. The trainer's request for K.J. Brouder to ride was allowed.

Following a request from broadcasters, the Stewards granted permission for a two minute delay to races 1,2,3 and 4.
