The Stewards fined the following trainer in respect of their non-runner:-

Michael J. McDonagh, trainer of Thelonglad (off feed) - €200

The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

D.J. O'Keeffe rode Kate Ill Know (reserve) trained by David Kenneth Budds (Race 4)
Cian Cullinan rode Greenway Machine (reserve) trained by Ms Helen P.Markham (Race 6)
P.K. Donovan replaced C.M. Quirke on Nazine, trained by Michael J. McDonagh (Race 7)(stood down).
P.T. Enright replaced C.M. Quirke on Cosmic Blizzard, trained by S. Curling (Race 6)(stood down)

131A CUBE H'cap S'chase

K.M. Donoghue, rider of The Declaimer, trained by Tom Dreaper, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount didn't handle the ground.

131C PAQIT Beginners S'chase

The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident on the bend shortly after jumping the third last fence involving Maidenstreetprince, ridden by P. Byrnes, unplaced, and Mayor's Walk, ridden by Rachael Blackmore, placed first, where it appeared interference may have occurred. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. P. Byrnes stated that he kept his line the best he could around the bend adding that he was aware of the horse on his inside. Rachael Blackmore stated that she got tight for room on the bend and felt pressure from her outside. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards found P. Byrnes was in breach of Rule 214 in that he had ridden carelessly, and having considered his record in this regard (second offence), the Raceday Stewards suspended him for four racedays.

131D D Pack H'cap S'chase

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Gold Haven, trained by Paul W. Flynn, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be stiff post race.

K.M. Donoghue, rider of Gold Haven, trained by Paul W. Flynn, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount never travelled on the ground.

J.P. O'Sullivan, rider of Coastguard Lady, trained by P.J. Rothwell, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was badly hampered by a faller.

S. O'Callaghan, rider of Gendarme, trained by Charles Coakley, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was slow over the first two fences and had to wait for room in the straight.

P.K. Donovan, rider of Clyde The Glide, trained by Patrick G.Kelly, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was badly hampered by a faller.

The Raceday Stewards requested a report from Michael Winters, trainer, as to the apparent improvement in form of Crowsatedappletart, placed first, as compared with its recent form. Michael Winters stated that the better surface today may have helped to bring about the apparent improvement in form. Having considered the report the Raceday Stewards noted the explanation given.

131F REA Dooley Group H'cap S'chase

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Getaway Master, trained by Richard James Daniels, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be coughing and to have blood at both nostrils post race.

131G IMS Integrated Media Solutions Hcap S'ch

Owing to operational reasons, the Raceday Stewards granted permission for fence number six to be omitted from this race

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Invictus Machin (FR), trained by Gavin Cromwell, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
