Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Stewards decided that no further action was warranted.
The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer reported to the Stewards that Abacadabras (FR) trained by Gordon Elliott was found to have mucus in his trachea post race.
381F Irish Stallion Farms EBF Novice Hcap HdlThe Stewards interviewed I.J. Power, rider of Jacksons Gold, concerning his use of the whip in the latter stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards found the rider in breach of Reg.10.3(g)(frequency) and having taken his record into account cautioned him on this occasion.
The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer reported to the Stewards that Jacksons Gold trained by Ms. Alice Curran was found to have pulled a hind shoe and was sore post race.
