The Stewards fined the following trainer in respect of their non-runner:-

Andrew Slattery, trainer of Poppadom (off feed) - €200

The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

M. W. Hassett rode Quiet Affair (GB) (reserve) trained by James M. Barcoe (Race 2).

213A Irish EBF Auction Series (Fillies) M'dn

At the request of the Raceday Stewards, J.A. Heffernan, rider of Red Scarlet, trained by R.P.Cody, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount became unbalanced in the closing stages. .

213B1 Lyrath Estate & MacDonagh Junction H'cap

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Lohengrin (GB), trained by Eamonn O'Connell, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

K.G. Kennedy, rider of Second Fiddle, trained by C.P.Donoghue, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was slowly away.

M. W. Hassett, rider of Quiet Affair (GB), trained by James M. Barcoe, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount didn't find much off the bridle.

213B2 Lyrath Estate & MacDonagh Junction H'cap

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined On Our Radar, trained by Andrew Slattery, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

S. Foley, rider of Ragtime Milly, trained by Yvonne Latta, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount ran keen and stopped quickly.

The Raceday Stewards reviewed an incident in the closing stages involving Clarinbridge, ridden by C.T. Keane, unplaced, Share The Treasure, ridden by R. Whearty, placed second, and The Dazzer, ridden by J.M. Sheridan, unplaced, where it appeared C.T. Keane had to sit momentarily. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

213D Irish Stallion Farms EBF (Fillies) M'dn

The Raceday Stewards reviewed an incident in the home straight involving Hadesia, ridden by A.J. Slattery, unplaced, and Rayzhanka, ridden by N.G. McCullagh, unplaced, where it appeared Rayzhanka had to side step left from Hadesia, who was drifting left. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

213E Gowran Park H'cap

The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident in the home straight involving Vassula Ryden, ridden by W.J. Lee, placed sixth, Pink Socks, ridden by Amy Jo Hayes, unplaced, and Elegant Madame, ridden by R. Whearty, placed second, where it appeared Pink Socks received a slight bump. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. W.J. Lee stated that his mount was not genuine and rolled left. Amy Jo Hayes stated that she kept a straight line, felt pressure from her inside and received a slight bump. R. Whearty stated that he maintained his racing line. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards did not apportion blame to any rider and took no further action.

The Raceday Stewards received a report from Mr. H. Hynes, Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Clerk of the Scales, regarding the fact that S. Foley, rider of Raknah, failed to present himself to weigh in following a fall at the road crossing after the finish. The Raceday Stewards were informed by Mr. P.F. Graffin, IHRB Clerk of the Course that the horse was still loose at the time of weigh in. Having considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that there was justifiable reasons for such failure as provided for under Rule 230(ii). The Raceday Stewards were also satisfied that S. Foley had weighed out at not less than his proper weight and accordingly confirmed the judges placings and took no further action.

213F Get Galway Races Ready Apprentice H'cap

M.W Hassett, rider of Pegula, trained by Timothy Doyle, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount never travelled off the bridle.

K.G. Kennedy, rider of Designer Cailin, trained by Patrick Martin, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung left up the straight.
