R.A. Doyle, rider of Mi Sueno, trained by Peter John Flood, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount jumped the inspection hurdle as he was unable to stop him in time.
J.S. McGarvey, rider of Rocky's Glory (GB), trained by John Queally, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount jumped poorly in the early part of the race.
051A2 Goresbridge M'dn H'dleThe Raceday Stewards interviewed D. Moloney, rider of Karuma Grey (GER), concerning his use of the whip in closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. D. Moloney accepted that he was in breach of R.10 and apologised for his actions. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that D. Moloney was in breach of Regulation 10.3(g)(frequency) and having considered his record, they suspended him for 5 Racedays.
The Raceday Stewards received a report from the Clerk of the Scales, Ms. T.O' Meara, regarding the failure of N.T. Prendergast, rider of Slate Lane, placed sixth to weigh in after this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned, who stated that he was unsure of his finishing position and read the screen displaying the riders who were needed to weigh in after the race incorrectly. Having considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards using their powers under Rule 230(ii), disqualified Slate Lane from sixth place. As a consequence, they amended the result to read as follows:

Furthermore, the Raceday Stewards were of the opinion that N.T. Prendergast was in breach of Rule 227(i) and having considered his record in this regard, they suspended him for 2 racedays and ordered that he forfeit his riding fee.
P.J. O'Hanlon, rider of Quite Incredible, trained by Dermot Anthony McLoughlin, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount stopped quickly.
R.A. Doyle, rider of American Money, trained by Eddie & Patrick Harty, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount stopped quickly.
The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Quite Incredible, trained by Dermot Anthony McLoughlin, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be stiff behind post race.
051D Holden Plant Rentals Shamrock H'cap S'chThe Raceday Stewards interviewed L. Quinlan, rider of Grange Walk, concerning his use of the whip in closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned, L. Quinlan accepted he was in breach of Regulation 10 and he apologised for his actions. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Raceday Stewards found L. Quinlan in breach of R.10.3(g)(frequency) and R.10.3(i)(time to respond) and having considered his record they suspended him for two racedays.
The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident on the approach to the second last fence involving Grange Walk, ridden by L. Quinlan, placed first and Minx Tiara, ridden by S.W. Flanagan, placed second, where it appeared that contact was made between both horses. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. S.W. Flanagan, stated that he had to switch towards the rail and contact was made with his mount from his inside. L. Quinlan, stated that he rode his mount back towards the railing and was unaware that Mr Flanagan was on his outer. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that L. Quinlan was in breach of Rule 214 (careless riding) and having considered his record, they cautioned him on this occasion.
The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Cayd Boy (FR), trained by Liz Doyle, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
