The Stewards fined the following trainer in respect of their non-runner:-

James M. Barrett, trainer of Global Export (Off Feed) - €200

The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

J.M. Sheridan rode Zanabad (reserve) , trained by Denis Gerard Hogan (Race 2)
J.A. Powell rode Ragtime Red (reserve) , trained by Anthony McCann (Race 3).
D.W. O'Connor rode Jack Berry House (GB) (reserve) , trained by John C. McConnell (Race 6)

057A Winter Series Awards Day Claiming Race

A.J. Slattery, rider of Sunset Nova trained by Andrew Slattery, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount hung right throughout.

C.D. Maxwell, rider of Robert Guiscard, trained by James McAuley, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount got bumped out of stalls but it was of no consequence.

J.A. Powell, rider of Ragtime Red trained by Anthony McCann, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount was slowly away.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Morph Speed, trained by John Christopher Hassett, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

The Stewards enquired into an incident on the run to the first bend involving Believe Jack (FR), ridden by Sam Ewing, Wojood (GB), ridden by J.M. Sheridan, and The Perch, ridden by S.P. Bird, where it appeared The Perch got tight for room. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Sam Ewing gave his evidence in the presence of Mr. K.R. O'Ryan. S.P. Bird stated that his mount got tight for room at the bend. J.M. Sheridan stated that he kept his mount in a straight line and was minding the horses on his inner. Sam Ewing stated that his mount broke ok but raced greenly and things got a little tight, from the inside out. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards took no further action other than to advise Sam Ewing to ride with more care in future.

057D Crowne Plaza Hotel Dundalk H'cap

The Stewards enquired into possible interference in the straight involving Storm Steps, ridden by B.M. Coen, placed first and Pachmena, ridden by G.M. Ryan, placed second. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. G.M. Ryan stated that he was consistently intimidated up the straight and was carried five horse widths towards the stand side. B.M. Coen stated that he caused no interference and was always holding the second placed horse. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards made no alteration to the Judge's placings as they were not satisfied that Storm Steps had improved its placing in relation to Pachmena and took no further action.

057E HOLLYWOODBETS Median Auction Race

J.A. Heffernan, rider of San Martino trained by A.P.O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount lugged right all the way up the straight.

057F Join Us On Instagram Apprentice H'cap

C.J. MacRedmond, rider of Is That Love trained by Adrian McGuinness, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount ducked left when he hit the front.

Siobhan Rutledge, rider of Fortmill Lily, trained by John C. McConnell, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that her mount stood in stalls.

057G Floodlit Friday Nights At Dundalk H'cap

The Stewards wished to enquire into an incident shortly after leaving the stalls involving Independent Missy, ridden by J.M. Sheridan, Prisoner's Dilemma (GB), ridden by D.W. O'Connor, Healy's Double (GB), ridden by R. Coakley, Too Hard To Hold, ridden by R.P. Whelan, St George's Head, ridden by Sam Ewing, Maggie Thunder, ridden by D.P. McDonogh, and Approbare, ridden by Chloe Byrne. As R. Coakley did not make himself available to the Stewards they referred the matter to the Referrals Committee. .

The Stewards received a report from the Clerk of the Scales, Ms. C.S. Murphy, regarding the failure of Chloe Byrne, rider of Approbare, placed sixth, to weigh in after this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who stated that it was an oversight on her part. Having considered the evidence, the Stewards used their powers under Rule 230 to disqualify Approbare from sixth place and found the rider in breach of Rule 227 and suspended her for two race days and ordered her to forfeit her riding fee.

O.J. Orr, rider of Jered Maddox (GB) trained by David Marnane, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount got tight for room in the early stages.

R.P. Whelan, rider of Too Hard To Hold trained by Jack W. Davison, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount got tight for room and shortened his stride as a result.

D.P. McDonogh, rider of Maggie Thunder trained by P.J.Hassett, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount leaned right a bit.

D.E. Sheehy, rider of Amazing Emma trained by Liam McAteer, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount hung right leaving the stalls until reaching the bend.
