The Raceday Stewards informed Stephen Thorne, trainer, that Sayifyouwill (GB), would have to be recertified before being declared to run from stalls again.
The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident inside the final two furlongs involving Alabama Calling, ridden by D.S. O'Sullivan, placed fifth, and Galician Girl, ridden by Adam Caffrey, placed fourth, where it appeared contact was made between the two horses. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Adam Caffrey stated that his mount was hanging slightly left and he received a minor bump. D.S. O'Sullivan stated that his mount drifted a small bit left but added that he didn't make contact with Galician Girl and felt he was clear. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards found D.S. O'Sullivan was in breach of Rule 214 in that he had ridden carelessly, and having considered his record in this regard (third offence) the Raceday Stewards suspended him for eight racedays. D.S. O'Sullivan was accompanied by David Marnane in this enquiry.
The Raceday Stewards requested a report from J.P. Murtagh, trainer, as to the apparent improvement in form of Pascalia, placed first, as compared with its most recent run at Gowran Park on the third of September. Through his Authorised Representative, J.P. Murtagh reported that his charge had a bad draw the last day and the return to the all weather track may have helped to bring about the apparent improvement in form. Having considered the report the Raceday Stewards noted the explanation given.
329B View Restaurant Dundalk Apprentice H'capThe Raceday Stewards reviewed an incident inside the final furlong involving Skontonovski (GB), ridden by Adam Caffrey, unplaced, Cross Border (GB), ridden by R. Whearty, placed fifth, Distillate (GB), ridden by S. Coen, placed third, and Blue Wood, ridden by W. Joyce , unplaced, where it appeared W. Joyce had to sit for two strides. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.
The Raceday Stewards requested a report from A. Oliver, trainer, as to the apparent improvement in form of Marble Angel, placed first, as compared with its most recent run at Dundalk on the 27th of September. A. Oliver reported that his charge was far too keen the last day. Having considered the report the Raceday Stewards noted the explanation given.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined I'm Spartacus, trained by Adrian McGuinness, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
329D Christmas Party Nights Nursery H'capThe Raceday Stewards fined Daniel James Murphy, trainer, €65 for failing to fit the declared tongue strap to Eclairage, prior to entering the parade ring.
The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Island Girl, trained by J.A.Stack, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
D.S. O'Sullivan, rider of Island Girl, trained by J.A.Stack, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount jumped awkwardly from the gates.
K.G. Kennedy, rider of Weegeebear, trained by C.W.J. Farrell, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount missed the break.
329E William Hill Top Price Mercury StakesA.J. Slattery, rider of Powerful Nation, trained by Andrew Slattery, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount got pressured from his outside going to the bend.
D.P. McDonogh, rider of Lady With The Lamp, trained by Joseph Patrick O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was badly interfered with after a furlong.
The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident shortly after a furlong involving Albasheer, ridden by Hollie Doyle, placed fifth, Over The Blues, ridden by C.T. Keane, unplaced, Powerful Nation, ridden by A.J. Slattery, placed second, and Lady With The Lamp, ridden by D.P. McDonogh, unplaced, where it appeared numerous horses came close together. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. D.P. McDonogh stated that he started receiving pressure from his outside before the bend and was sandwiched between horses. A.J. Slattery stated that he got a bump from his outside on approach to the bend which set his mount alight and he ended up in the middle of horses. Hollie Doyle stated that she tucked in behind Over The Blues and gave Powerful Nation a little bump but she took back out of the gap. C.T. Keane stated that he kept a straight line. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards did not apportion blame to any rider and took no further action.
329F Irish EBF Median Sires Series M'dnAdam Caffrey, rider of Romantic War, trained by Adrian McGuinness, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount pulled very hard.
S. Foley, rider of Some Performance (USA), trained by Mrs John Harrington, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount ran short of room at the bottom bend.
