The Raceday Stewards interviewed J.S. Dalton, rider of El Santarem, concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who accepted he was in breach of the whip Regulation. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that J.S. Dalton was in breach of R10.3(g)(frequency) and having considered his clean record, they suspended him for two racedays.
M.W Hassett, rider of Autocrat, trained by Denis Gerard Hogan, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was cut off coming out of the stalls.
The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Jaafel, trained by C.Byrnes, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to have a few wounds to its right fore but to be otherwise post race normal.
The Raceday Stewards reviewed an incident in the straight involving Timourid, ridden by R. Whearty, placed third, Tea Olive (FR), ridden by S.T. McCullagh, unplaced, and A Daughtersdelight, ridden by J. Pietropaulo, placed sixth, where it appeared interference may have occurred. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.
The Raceday Stewards reviewed an incident inside the final furlung involving Timourid, ridden by R. Whearty, placed third, and A Daughtersdelight, ridden by J. Pietropaulo, placed sixth, where it appeared interference may have occurred. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.
320B View Restaurant At Dundalk Stadium H'capThe Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Step To Somewhere (GB), trained by D. K. Weld, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to have showed signs of a delayed recovery post race.
320D Christmas Party Nights Nursery H'capThe Raceday Stewards reviewed an incident just outside the one furlong marker pole where it appeared that S. Foley, rider of Wizard Of Odds, made contact with Sir Jeremy with his whip. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.
The Raceday Stewards interviewed P.A. Harnett, rider of Shimmy Jimmy, concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who accepted he was in breach of the whip Regulation and apologised for his actions. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that the rider was in breach of R10.3(i)(time to respond) and having considered his clean record they suspended him for two racedays.
S. Foley, rider of Wizard Of Odds, trained by Stephen Thorne, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount ran keen early.
P.A. Harnett, rider of Shimmy Jimmy, trained by Donnacha Aidan O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount rolled around in the straight.

Browne, trainer, as to the apparent improvement in form of The Cola Brasil (GB), placed first, as compared with its recent form. The trainer reported that the change to the all weather surface and the removal of the headgear in his opinion attributed to the apparent improvement in form. Having considered the report the Raceday Stewards noted the content of the report.
The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident early in the straight involving Lilikoi, ridden by D. McMonagle, unplaced, Ateenosix, ridden by R.P. Whelan, unplaced, Monzoon (GB), ridden by P. McGettigan, unplaced, Epaulawn, ridden by J.A. Heffernan, unplaced, and Tai Sing Yeh, ridden by Adam Caffrey, unplaced, where it appeared Epaulawn had to check after getting tight for room. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. D. McMonagle said although his filly was leaning left he kept a straight line and didn't contribute to the incident. R.P. Whelan said he committed to go for a gap on the right when he ends up on heels due to movement from his inner. P. McGettigan said he received pressure from his left. J.A. Heffernan said he was back peddling when receiving pressure from both sides causing him to check. Adam Caffrey said his mount rolled right slightly but he straighten him up before the incident occurred. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards found R.P. Whelan was in breach of Rule 214 in that he had ridden carelessly and having considered his record (second offence), the Raceday Stewards suspended him for four racedays.
J.A. Heffernan, rider of Epaulawn, trained by Noel G. Hynds, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount got a bit tight for room in the straight.

The Raceday Stewards requested a report from Gavin Cromwell, trainer, as to the apparent improvement in form of Rumbled Again, placed first, as compared with its recent form. The trainers representative reported that the drop back in trip and the change to the all weather surface in his opinion accounted for the apparent improvement in form. Having considered the report the Raceday Stewards noted the contents of the report.
320G Book Online At DundalkStadium.com M'dnThe Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident in the straight involving Keepcalmandsailon (GB), ridden by G.F. Carroll, placed first, Mint Man (GB), ridden by B.M. Coen, placed second, and Supreme Success, ridden by D. McMonagle, placed third, where it appeared they came close together. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. G.F. Carroll stated that his mount changed legs and went left momentarily but was corrected immediately. B.M. Coen stated that his mount was hanging left all the way and he was trying to keep him straight. D. McMonagle stated that it got a little bit tight close to the line. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards took no further action.
G.F. Carroll, rider of Keepcalmandsailon (GB), trained by A. Oliver, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount went left late on.
B.M. Coen, rider of Mint Man (GB), trained by P.J.F. Murphy, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung badly right throughout.
