370B Irishinjuredjockeys.com Nursery H'capD.P. McDonogh, rider of Cool Dan, trained by Leanne Breen, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hit the gates when anticipating the start.
R. Whearty, rider of Eddie G, trained by Adrian McGuinness, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount anticipated the start and hit the gates.
J.J.G. Ryan, rider of Are You In Or Out, trained by Paul Stafford, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung left throughout.
J.A. Powell, rider of Victor's Choice, trained by Adrian Murray, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was short of room at the first bend.
The Raceday Stewards enquired into the start of this race where it appeared several horses rushed the gates. Evidence was heard from the Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Starters Mr. J. R. Banahan and Mr. P. Moloney. Mr. P. Moloney stated that due to a technical issue the stalls did not open at the first attempt. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that a fair start had been effected and therefore took no further action.
370D Irish Stallion Farms EBF M'dnC. Horgan, rider of Exceeding, trained by Andrew Slattery, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount got upset in the stalls.
370E2 Gateway Hotel Dundalk Race & Stay H'capThe Raceday Stewards requested a report from Sarah Dawson, trainer, as to the apparent improvement in form of Bride Tree (GB), placed first, as compared with its recent form. Sarah Dawson reported that her horses were under a bit of a cloud and after giving Bride Tree a break to freshen her up she seems to have come right. Having considered the report the Raceday Stewards noted the content of the report.
370F1 Happy Christmas From All At Dundalk HcapThe Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Keilah, trained by Francis J. Flood, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Power Drive (GB), trained by Paul W. Flynn, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
370F2 Happy Christmas From All At Dundalk HcapS. Foley, rider of Old Peculier (GB), trained by Mark Fahey, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount leaned right in the straight.
R. Whearty, rider of Crystal Pool, trained by Patrick Martin, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung right throughout.
