H.J. Horgan, rider of Nika Pika, trained by Noel C. Kelly, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was keen early.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Rhythm And Tyne, trained by C.Byrnes, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be have a swollen knee post race.

The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident in the straight involving Weegeebear, ridden by S. Coen, and Movin And Groovin, ridden by Nicola Burns where it appeared these horses came close together. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. S. Coen stated that as they turned in there was a gap to his right but there was a general drift across and the gap closed. Nicola Burns stated that she tried to keep a straight course but her mount hung towards the parade ring and there was a general drift to the stand side. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards took no further action other than to advise Nicola Burns to react quicker in future.

D.J. Murphy, rider of Duplantis, trained by M. Halford & T. Collins, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount stood in the stalls momentarily as the stalls opened.

K.G. Kennedy, rider of May Night (GB), trained by S.M.Duffy, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount never travelled.

The Raceday Stewards reviewed the closing stages where Current Option, ridden by D.S. O'Sullivan, and Shoot To Kill, ridden by J. Kearney, appeared to bump. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that the minor contact had not contributed to the injury of Current Option and took no further action.

006D Group Deals Available At Dundalk M'dn

J.M. Sheridan, rider of Some Good Men Gone (FR), trained by Andrew Slattery, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount jumped left from the stalls.

006E View Restaurant At Dundalk (F) M'dn

R.M Mulligan, rider of Real Petite (GER), trained by Thomas Mullins, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount jumped slowly from the stalls.

K.G. Kennedy, rider of Arthur Rose, trained by Mark Fahey, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount never travelled early on.

J. Cleary, rider of Golden Days, trained by M. Halford & T. Collins, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was squeezed coming into the home straight.

R. Kinkaid, rider of Royal Tribute, trained by John C. McConnell, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that her mount got tight for room coming into the straight.

The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident approximately two furlongs from the finish involving Golden Days, ridden by J. Cleary, Roderick (GB), ridden by J.M. Sheridan, and Royal Tribute, ridden by R. Kinkaid where it appeared Golden Days and Royal Tribute checked. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. R. Kinkaid stated that she travelled on the near side and had a clear run until Roderick (GB) came across her. She switched outside and Roderick (GB) came across her again. J. Cleary stated that Roderick (GB) came across him, he took a slight check and took a pull. J.M. Sheridan stated that he turned in at which point he took two looks over to go across and was clear at all times. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards accepted J.M. Sheridan's explanation and took no further action.

The Raceday Stewards requested a report from Jamie Flynn, trainer, as to the apparent improvement in form of Storm Eric, placed first, as compared with its recent form. The trainer reported that the 51 day break coupled with the removal of all the headgear today may have accounted for the apparent improvement. Having considered the report the Raceday Stewards noted the explanation offered.

K.J. Leonard, rider of Camachero, trained by Noel C. Kelly, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount was slowly away.

The Raceday Stewards requested a report from Natalia Lupini, trainer, as to the apparent improvement in form of Cousin Shay (GB), placed first, as compared with its recent form. The trainer reported that her charge was slowly away the last day and got no luck in running. Having considered the report the Raceday Stewards noted the explanation offered.

006G Racing Every Week At Dundalk M'dn

The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident approximately four furlongs from the finish involving Dahab, ridden by J.M. Sheridan, Temple City (GB), ridden by A.J. Casey, and Prom Queen, ridden by L.T. McAteer where it appeared Prom Queen has to check. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. L.T. McAteer stated that Temple City (GB) stops in front of them at which point he flicks out quickly to avoid it and it got a bit tight. His horse weakens out of it and his filly overreacts and he runs out of room. A.J. Casey stated that he didn't notice any incident. J.M. Sheridan stated that Temply City (GB) comes back at him and they filter around him as the horse in front stops. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards found J.M. Sheridan in breach of Rule 214 (Careless Riding) for his contribution to the incident, and having considered his clean record in this regard the Raceday Stewards suspended them for two race days.

J.M. Sheridan, rider of Dahab, trained by Denis Gerard Hogan, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that a tired horse came back towards him approximately four furlongs from the finish.

L.T. McAteer, rider of Prom Queen, trained by Anthony McCann, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount met with a bit of interference at the four furlong pole.
