The Raceday Stewards interviewed Mr. George Murphy, Authorised representative, regarding a report received from Joan Taylor, Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer that Sea Chariot trained by John Joseph Murphy was found to be a colt and not a gelding as shown on the passport presented. Mr. George Murphy reported that a clerical error in their office resulted in the discrepancy. Having considered the report, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that John Joseph Murphy was in breach of Rule 148(vi) and having considered his record they fined him €130.
D. McMonagle, rider of Cash Out, trained by Joseph Patrick O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount rolled around from 1 furlong out.
C.J. MacRedmond, rider of Whisky On The Hill (GB), trained by Adrian McGuinness, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount ran green throughout.
G.M. Ryan, rider of Teutates, trained by Donnacha Aidan O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount lugged left in the last 100yds.
030D1 Dundalkstadium.com Apprentice H'capThe Raceday Stewards interviewed H.J. Horgan, rider of Qaabil, concerning his use of the whip in the latter stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who accepted he was in breach of the whip Regulation and apologised for his misuse. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that H.J. Horgan was in breach of R10.3(g)(frequency) and having considered his record, they suspended him for 1 raceday.
The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident early in the straight involving Arcanears, ridden by Sam Ewing, placed first, Jazz Dreamers, ridden by P.A. Harnett, placed third, Search For Thestar, ridden by C. Geerdharry, placed sixth, and Back O' The Net, ridden by O. McSweeney, unplaced, where it appeared interference may have occurred. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Sam Ewing said he received pressure from both sides. P.A. Harnett felt he kept a true line and did not contribute to the incident. C. Geerdharry stated that he kept a straight line. O. McSweeney stated that he got squeezed out of the gap but it did not affect his running. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards could not apportion blame to any one rider and took no further action.
Sam Ewing, rider of Arcanears, trained by M.Halford, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount received a bump in the straight.
C.J. MacRedmond, rider of Leabaland, trained by M.M.Lynch, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was denied a clear run in the straight.
S.T. McCullagh, rider of Harbanaker, trained by Leanne Breen, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung left in the straight.
P.A. Harnett, rider of Jazz Dreamers, trained by Seamus Fahey, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount dropped his stick in the straight.
J.M. Sheridan, rider of Stardayz, trained by Ciaran Murphy, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount pulled up injured.

Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who stated he miscounted the number of strikes he used and apologised for his actions. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that H.J. Horgan was in breach of R10.3(g)(frequency) and having considered his record, they suspended him for 2 racedays.
C.M Hogan, rider of Yorkshire Pirlo, trained by John Joseph Hanlon, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was slowly away from the stalls.
C. Stone-Walsh, rider of Malaysian, trained by H.D. McGuigan, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount broke slowly from the stalls.
