The Stewards fined the following trainer in respect of their non-runner:-

D.J. Bunyan, trainer of Sovereign City (off feed) - €200

The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

N.M. Crosse rode Mythical Times (reserve) trained by P.Cluskey (Race 5)

The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident on the run to the first bend involving Model Approach, ridden by Gabriella Hill, placed second, Presence, ridden by S.T. McCullagh, placed fourth, Galician Girl, ridden by C.T. Keane, placed fifth, Punta Coco, ridden by G.P. Halpin, unplaced, Dream Ticket (FR), ridden by L.F. Roche, placed first, and My Mate Tony, ridden by N.M. Crosse, unplaced, where it appeared L.F. Roche had to check. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. L.F. Roche stated that he had to take back on the point of the bend but received no contact. C.T. Keane stated that he kept a straight line. S.T. McCullagh stated that he kept a straight line and was well clear. Gabriella Hill stated that she kept a straight line. G.P. Halpin stated that things just got a bit tight on the point of the bend. N.M. Crosse stated that he kept as straight as he possibly could. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined My Mate Tony, trained by Joseph Patrick O'Brien, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

R. Donaghue-Leahy, rider of Not Just Any Eagle, trained by Patrick J.Flynn, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that her mount didn't get a clear run in the straight.

S.T. McCullagh, rider of Jawhary (GB), trained by Adrian McGuinness, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was slowly into stride.

S.T. McCullagh, rider of Solar Breeze, trained by Daniel McLoughlin, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount ran off the bottom bend.

L.F. Roche, rider of Hasna, trained by D. K. Weld, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount took a false step about four and a half furlongs out.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Psalm, trained by A.P.O'Brien, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

169E Mount Charles H'cap

J. Kearney, rider of Evening's Empire, trained by Eddie & Patrick Harty, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount leaned left throughout.

W.J. Lee, rider of Gordons Aura, trained by Gordon Elliott, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was slowly away and never travelled.

S.P. Bird, rider of Albion Princess (GB), trained by Donal Kinsella, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount was slowly away.
