S. Foley, rider of Adonis trained by Mrs John Harrington, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount jumped right and then hung right.
C.T. Keane, rider of Barud (GB) trained by D. K. Weld, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount hung right throughout.
136B Irish Stallion Farms EBF RaceMs. Kate Harrington, Authorised Representative for Mrs John Harrington, trainer of Confident Star, reported to the Clerk of Scales that her charge had scoped badly post race.
136C Qatar Racing Equestrian Ballyogan StakesThe Stewards enquired into an incident leaving the stalls involving Sonaiyla, ridden by R.P. Whelan, placed first and Loch Lein, ridden by S. Foley, placed fourth, where it appeared that Loch Lein jumped left into Sonaiyla. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. R. P. Whelan stated that his mount wears a hood in the stalls and when he pulled off the hood as the stalls opened his mount baulked slightly and was slow away as a consequence. He added that he felt there may not have been an incident had his mount jumped sharper. S. Foley stated that his mount jumped left from the stalls and he apologised for not reporting this to the Clerk of the Scales. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were of the opinion that any interference which occurred was accidental in nature, and they took no further action.
The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Lustown Baba, trained by W. McCreery, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
J.A. Heffernan, rider of More Beautiful (USA) trained by A.P.O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount got tight for room in the closing stages.
136E Sky Bet Orby StakesThe Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Lough Derg, trained by A.P.O'Brien, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal. Samples were taken for further analysis.
G.M. Ryan, rider of Bowerman (GB) trained by Adrian McGuinness, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount reared slightly and was slowly away.
The Stewards enquired into an incident about two and a half furlongs from home involving Agitare, ridden by K.J. Manning, unplaced and Reve De Vol, ridden by C.T. Keane, placed first, where it appeared that Agitare had to check off heels. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. K. J. Manning stated that his mount was off the bridle and only just holding his position when he anticipated Reve De Vol coming out, as he could see how well it was going. C. T. Keane stated that his mount travelled well and he pulled out when he thought he was clear but straightened again as soon as he heard K. J. Manning shout. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.
136G Sporting Life H'capD.W. O'Connor, rider of Showmolina (GB) trained by J.F. Levins, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount stood in the stalls.
J.M. Sheridan, rider of Karlsberg trained by Shane Crawley, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount ran green.
L.F. Roche, rider of Tyrion's Dream trained by Aidan Anthony Howard, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount was slowly away.
136H Sky Bet Extra Places Every Day (F) M'dnS. Foley, rider of Theory Of Music trained by Mrs John Harrington, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount ran around a bit in the straight.
The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Loyal, trained by A.P.O'Brien, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
