J.A. Powell, rider of Fastman trained by John C. McConnell, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount received a bump leaving the stalls.

J. Coen, rider of Latin Fury trained by P.J.F. Murphy, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was slowly away from the stalls.

The Stewards fined Damian Joseph English, trainer €65 for fitting cheek pieces to Twenty Minutes (GB) which had not been declared and ordered them to be removed.

G.P. Halpin, rider of Reinforce trained by John Stephen O'Donoghue, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung left in the straight.

At the request of the Stewards, L.F. Roche, rider of Reigles (GB), trained by Adrian McGuinness, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount jumped and travelled, got flat footed in the middle part of the race and stayed on in the closing stages.
