The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Dubai Daisy, trained by Eugene M. O'Sullivan, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal. Samples were taken for analysis.
B.J. Foley, rider of Citizen Al trained by Eugene M. O'Sullivan, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount never travelled before being pulled up.
D.F. O'Regan, rider of Dubai Daisy trained by Eugene M. O'Sullivan, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount had been jumping to the left before being pulled up.
383B Clonmel Beginners S'chaseThe Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Hazran, trained by Eugene M. O'Sullivan, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
D.F. O'Regan, rider of Hazran trained by Eugene M. O'Sullivan, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount made a bad mistake at the third fence and pulled up later on.
383D Cloneen H'cap S'chaseThe Stewards requested a report from John Patrick Ryan, trainer, as to the apparent improvement in form of Cluan Dara, placed first, as compared with its recent form. The trainer reported that his charge had failed to handle the very testing conditions for his previous three runs at Limerick 26th December, Clonmel 19th January and Down Royal 4th February. Today his charge was ridden on the wide outside on unused ground and appeared to appreciate the less testing conditions. Furthermore he stated that his yard had been under a cloud since last November and all his horses appear to be returning to their best. Having considered the explanation the Stewards noted the content of the report
M.M. McDonagh, rider of Hungry Tiger trained by Patrick Griffin, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount struggled on the ground.
383E Rosegreen H'cap S'chaseThe Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Goulane Jessie, trained by Seamus Spillane, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
383F Racing Again March 9th M'dn Hunters S'chThe Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Fiston Du Mou (FR), trained by Sean Thomas Doyle, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to have pulled a right fore shoe and furthermore to have an overreach on his right fore.
Patrick Crowley, trainer of Da Boy Charlie, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his charge lost a near fore shoe during this race
