M.P. O'Connor, rider of Gold Creek trained by Aengus King, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount hung left throughout.
286C Kilmore M'dn H'dleThe Stewards enquired into possible interference between the final two hurdles involving Wild Shot (GB), ridden by S. Fitzgerald, placed second and Perfect Attitude (GB), ridden by D.N. Russell, placed first, where it appeared that contact was made between both horses. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. S. Fitzgerald stated that Perfect Attitude (GB) had run green and possibly intimidated his own mount who in turn had veered toward the winner. D.N. Russell stated that his mount had jammed on when hitting the front and ran very green by running both to the left and the right. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards made no alteration to the Judges placings and took no further action.
C.M. Quirke, rider of Dare To Flare trained by Andrew Slattery, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount met with interference when racing down the hill.

Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. In his evidence Mr T.P. Harney stated that he was in a close race with the winner and his mount idled but overall had failed to count all hits with his whip. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards were of the opinion that Mr T.P. Harney was in breach of R10(3)(g) by using his whip with excessive frequency. Having taken his previous record into consideration, the Stewards suspended Mr T.P. Harney for four racedays.
286H1 Clonmel H'cap H'dleC.D. Walsh, rider of A Mere Bagatelle trained by John Joseph Hanlon, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount was flat out throughout this race and made a bad mistake at the hurdle on the uphill run past the stands.

Treacy, unplaced and The Holmeister, ridden by J.B. Foley, unplaced, where it appeared that The Holmeister momentarily got tight for room. Having reviewed the recording of that part of the race and considered the matter, the Stewards were satisfied that no action was warranted.
The Stewards interviewed Sabrina J. Harty, trainer of Old Town Road, concerning the conduct of this horse who kicked out at another runner when rounding the bend past the stands this being a recurrence of similar behaviour during his last run at Sligo on the 15th September. S.W. Flanagan informed the Stewards that his mount today, Old Town Road, had leaned out off the bend past the stands and reacted when another runner made contact with his hind quarters by kicking out violently. Sabrina J. Harty accepted that her charge Old Town Road had reacted in a similar manner at the bend past the stands both at Sligo and today. She described her charge as being a thin skinned and cold backed horse but his temperament overall was very good. She further suggested to the Stewards that she would try different training methods and review the tactics being used up to today. Having considered the matter and in view of the case put forward by Sabrina J. Harty, the Stewards advised her that any recurrence of a similar behaviour could render her charge liable for a suspension under Rule 14(iii).
