The Referrals Committee Dr. Gordon Holmes (in the Chair), Mr. Edward Flannery and Mrs. J.O. Onions met at the Standhouse Hotel, The Curragh, Co. Kildare on 2nd November 2006 to consider the referral by the Acting Stewards at Fairyhouse on 30th September 2006 when prior to the Derrinstown Stud Apprentice Handicap they were unable to conduct an enquiry into why T. Having considered the evidence the Committee found T. Molloy in breach of Rule 195 and fined him €500.
