The Appeals Body, Division Two, Mr. Raymond J. Rooney (in the Chair), Mr. C.E. O’Sullivan and Mr. Peter N. Reynolds, met in the Turf Club Offices, The Curragh, Co. Kildare, on Wednesday 19th March, 2008, to consider an appeal lodged by Robert C.
