Colm O’Donoghue – Dundalk, 16th November, 2007.

The Appeals Body (Division Two), Mr. Raymond J. Rooney (in the Chair), Mr. C.E. O’Sullivan and Mrs. J.O. Onions met on 19th March 2008 to consider the suspension dates to be served by Colm O’Donoghue, jockey, following his decision to withdrawn his appeal against the two day suspension which was imposed by the Acting Stewards at Dundalk on 16th November 2007 following the running of the CRE Rentals Median Auction Maiden.

The Appeals Body considered a written submission from Colm O’Donoghue and in accordance with the provisions of Rule 260 the Appeals Body directed that he serve his suspension on March 23rd and 24th.  They further directed that in accordance of the provisions of Rule 267 he pay costs of €200 in respect of expenses incurred by the Governing Bodies in connection with the withdrawn appeal.
