Solicitors acting on behalf of owner, James Ferry, have lodged an appeal against the decision of the Referrals Committee who found that Cybersnow (USA) was one and the same horse as “Man About Town” that ran at an unrecognised meeting in Magheraboy on 28th June 2009.  They have also appealed the disqualification of Cybersnow (USA) from any races in which he ran subsequent to that date.

No date has been set for the appeal.
