From Athlone: travel 30km north-west along the N61.
From Longford: travel 30km west along the N63.
From Mullingar: travel 64km west along the R392.
From Galway: travel 77km north-east along the N63.
From Sligo: travel 84km south-west along the N4 and N61.
From Castlebar: travel 85km east along the N60.
From Dublin (M50): travel 145km west along the M4 and M6 then north on the N61 at Athlone.
