Eoin G. Kelly, rider of Vale Of Glory, trained by Adrian Murray, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount made a bad mistake and the bridle was pushed off its head.
R.A. Doyle, rider of Mr MacPhisto, trained by Eoin Griffin, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount received interference turning in. Having reviewed the recording of the race and considered the matter the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.
307D Paddy Power Games M'dn H'dleP. Townend, rider of Mister Pink, trained by W.P. Mullins, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung left under pressure.
At the request of the Raceday Stewards, Sarah Kavanagh, rider of The Mind Boggles, trained by Patrick T. Foley, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that her mount hung and started to make a noise in the straight.
The Raceday Stewards interviewed Sarah Kavanagh, rider of The Mind Boggles, in relation to her failure to report in the first instance anything which might have effected the running of their horse in a race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who stated that she was unaware that she was required to do so and apologised. Having considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that Sarah Kavanagh was in breach of Rule 213(ii) and having considered her record in this regard the Raceday Stewards suspended Sarah Kavanagh for one raceday.
307E Paddy Power Keep Your Elbows In Hcp HdlS.D. Torrens, rider of That's About Right, trained by P.J. Rothwell, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount stumbled on the approach to the second last hurdle. Having viewed a recording of the incident and considered the matter the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.
B.W. Harvey, rider of Morning Logic, trained by Thomas Coyle, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung left throughout.
K.M. Donoghue, rider of Downtherefordancin (GB), trained by Gavin Cromwell, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung left after the last.
G. Brouder, rider of Rebel Waltz, trained by T.J. Nagle Jr., reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount lost its action and was eased.
The Raceday Stewards requested a report from Liz Doyle, trainer, as to the apparent improvement in form of Irish Envoy, placed first, as compared with its most recent run. Liz Doyle stated that her charge ran very disappointingly last time out but despite her best efforts she was unable to establish a reason for the poor run. Having considered the report the Raceday Stewards noted the content of the report.
