The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined I'll Be That Lady, trained by Brian M. McMahon, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

368H Simonstown H'cap H'dle

The Stewards interviewed Mr D.J. McConville, rider of Boogily Lane, concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were satisfied that Mr D.J. McConville was in breach of Regulation 10.3(g)(frequency) and having considered his record they suspended him for 1 raceday.

E. Walsh, rider of Nicole's Milan trained by Sean Aherne, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount did not handle todays going.
