The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

O.J. Orr rode Red Ball Of Fire (reserve) , trained by Mark Michael McNiff (Race 4)
C.T. Keane rode Voice Of Hope (reserve) , trained by Andrew Slattery (Race 7)
M.P. Sheehy rode Happy Lad (reserve) , trained by Hugh Paul Finegan (Race 7)

231B Dan Cowman Memorial M'dn

C.T. Keane, rider of Zuma Rock trained by W.P. Mullins, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount did not handle the track.

231C Core Bullion Traders Rated Race

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Social Distance, trained by Mrs John Harrington, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

M.P. Sheehy, rider of Rock On Pedro, trained by Eoin Doyle, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount did not handle the track.

231D Strand Inn Dunmore H'cap

D. McMonagle, rider of Misty Millie trained by Garvan Donnelly, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount never travelled during this race.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Vita Veritas, trained by John Joseph Murphy, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

At the request of the Stewards, R.C. Colgan, rider of Vita Veritas, trained by John Joseph Murphy, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount rounded the bend into the dip badly and collided with Aprils Joy.

231E Perennial Freight Tramore H'cap

At the request of the Stewards, J.A. Heffernan, rider of Zero Ten, trained by Emmet Mullins, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount could not handle the track.

The Stewards requested a report from Emmet Mullins, trainer, as to the apparent improvement in form of Gee Rex, placed first, as compared with its recent run at Galway on 31st July. Emmet Mullins reported that his charge was generally never fast out of stalls and today he benefited from the tape start by jumping off a lot handier and racing up with the pace. Having considered the evidence the Stewards noted the content of the report.

L.F. Roche, rider of Greenpanda trained by Gavin Cromwell, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount hung left from about five furlongs out.
