The Stewards enquired into an incident in the closing stages involving Chestnutter, ridden by G.M. Ryan, Lady Arwen, ridden by L.T. McAteer and Tiny Bit, ridden by J. Coen, where it appeared that Lady Arwen got tight for room. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. G.M. Ryan stated that he had maintained a straight line and only suffered slight interference for a stride. L.T. McAteer stated that things got a bit tight and his mount also rolled around slightly. J.
