The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Lambada, trained by A.P.O'Brien, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
J.A. Heffernan, rider of Lambada trained by A.P.O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount took a bad step after a furlong and a half.
271B Anglesey Lodge Equine Hospital M'dnPrior to the meeting, the Stewards approved a request from Clerk of the Course, Mr. Brendan Sheridan, to amend the distance of race 2, to 8 furlongs now,due to track alignment.
D. McMonagle, rider of Intellotto trained by Joseph Patrick O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount leaned off the home bend.
G.F. Carroll, rider of Immutable trained by Joseph G. Murphy, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount took a false step at a ridge down the back straight.
271C Punchestown Flat Is Back H'capPrior to the meeting, the Stewards approved a request from Clerk of the Course, Mr. Breandan Sheridan, to amend the distance of race 3, to 8 furlongs, due to track alignment.
C.D. Hayes, rider of Coins Cross trained by Eddie & Patrick Harty, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount stumbled badly leaving the stalls.
S.D. Bowen, rider of Peerless trained by Denis Gerard Hogan, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung left throughout.
271D Punchestown RaceS. Foley, rider of Confident Star trained by Mrs John Harrington, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount leaned left in the straight.
271F Irish Stallion Farms EBF (Fillies) H'capS. Foley, rider of Dark Vega trained by Mrs John Harrington, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was slowly away.
L.T. McAteer, rider of Sally Golightly trained by Jack W. Davison, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount never travelled.
The Stewards requested a report from Ms. Sheila Lavery, trainer as to the apparent improvement in form of Miramis, placed first, as compared with its recent form. Ms Sheila Lavery, trainer stated that a return to a more favorable ground conditions helped bring about todays improvement in form. Having considered the evidence the Stewards noted the content of the report.
271G1 Punchestown H'capThe Stewards requested a report from Ms Claire O'Connell, trainer as to the apparent improvement in form of Our Dickie, placed first, as compared with its recent form. Ms Claire O'Connell, trainer stated that slower ground conditions and the fitting of cheek pieces helped bring about todays improvement in form. Having considered the evidence the Stewards noted the content of the report.
271G2 Punchestown H'capC.J. MacRedmond, rider of Men Of Dreams trained by J.F. Levins, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount slowly away and was short of room a furlong down.
Siobhan Rutledge, rider of Maura's Gift trained by Paul W. Flynn, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that her mount had to check inside the last furlong.
