The following trainer was fined €200 for the non-notification of a Veterinary Certificate in accordance with the provision of Rule 194(v) (vi):

Keith Henry Clarke for Quite Subunctious at Navan 2nd June 2018.

The Stewards fined the following trainers in respect of their non-runners:-

M.D. O'Callaghan, trainer of Rangefield Express (Off feed) - €200
J. S. Bolger, trainer of Venetian Rock (Off feed) - €200

133B Cross Guns Gastro Pub H'cap

R.P. Downey, rider of Tide Of Time (GB) trained by Edward Lynam, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount got struck into during this race.

133F Royal County H'cap

The Stewards interviewed C. O'Donoghue, rider of The King, concerning his use of the whip in the latter stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards were of the opinion that C. O'Donoghue was in breach of R10(3)(f) by using his whip with excessive frequency. Having taken his previous record into consideration, the Stewards suspended C. O'Donoghue for 3 racedays.

R.P. Whelan, rider of High Street Lady trained by A.J.Martin, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount struggled on the ground.
