The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer reported to the Stewards that Mokhalad (GB) trained by Damian Joseph English was found to have blood at the nose following exercised induced pulmonary haemorrhage.

The Stewards requested a report from Damian Joseph English, trainer as to the apparent improvement in form of Mokhalad (GB), placed first, as compared with its recent form. Mr. English stated that he did not handle the heavy ground or stay the longer trip on his previous run. He felt that the better ground and shorter trip suited his charge today. Having considered the evidence the Stewards noted the explanation.

085D Woodlands Stakes

C.D. Hayes, rider of Son Of Rest (GB), trained by J.A.Stack, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount was loaded first, got upset in the stalls and missed the break.

085G Racing Again May 19th H'cap

D.P. Linehan, rider of Feeling Easy trained by Anthony Mulholland, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount hung left up the straight.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Cashless, trained by J. S. Bolger, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be have mucus on his nostril.

085H Meath M'dn

The Stewards fined D.J. Bunyan, trainer, €350 for lodging a passport in respect of Stay With Me, in which the vaccinations did not conform with the provisions of Rule 91. The Stewards allowed the horse to run on receipt of the trainer's written assurance that the vaccinations were in order.
