D.F. O'Regan, rider of Ginnets Girl trained by Gordon Elliott, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount never travelled.

Miss J. Townend, rider of Swelltime trained by W.J. O'Doherty, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that her mount ran very flat.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Swelltime, trained by W.J. O'Doherty, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

Following a request from broadcasters, the Stewards granted permission for this race to be delayed by +1 minute.

A representative of J. Morrison, trainer of Strikeback (FR), reported to the Clerk of Scales that their charge finished lame having struck into himself.

M.P. Walsh, rider of Dlauro (FR) trained by Aidan Anthony Howard, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount burst a bood vessel.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer reported to the Stewards that Dlauro (FR) trained by Aidan Anthony Howard had blood at both nostrils post race.

The Stewards fined Matthew J. Smith, trainer, €65 for failing to fit a tongue tie to Another Choice, prior to entering the parade ring.

K.C. Sexton, rider of Pour The Wine trained by Peter Fahey, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount never travelled and was pulled up.

The Stewards interviewed P. Byrnes, rider of Grozni (FR), concerning his use of the whip in the latter stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. In his evidence, P. Byrnes admitted that he had breached the whip guidelines and apologised for his actions. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were of the opinion that P. Byrnes was in breach of R10(3)(g) by using his whip with excessive frequency. Having taken his clean previous record into consideration, the Stewards cautioned P. Byrnes on this occasion.

The Stewards interviewed Mr N. McParlan, rider of Invictus World (FR), concerning his use of the whip in the latter stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. In his evidence, Mr N. McParlan admitted that he was in breach of the whip guidelines and apologised for his actions. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were of the opinion that Mr N. McParlan was in breach of R10(3)(g) by using his whip with excessive frequency. Having taken his previous record into consideration, the Stewards suspended Mr N. McParlan for two racedays.
