154B Patrickswell (C & G) M'dnThe Stewards enquired into an incident in the closing stages involving Giorgio Vasari, ridden by W.M. Lordan, placed first and Repute (GB), ridden by W.J. Lee, placed fourth, where it appeared that Repute ran short of room and had to check off heels. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were of the opinion that any interference caused was accidental in nature and they therefore took no further action.
W.J. Lee, rider of Repute (GB) trained by P. Twomey, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount had to cheek off heels.
W.M. Lordan, rider of Giorgio Vasari trained by A.P.O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount rolled about when it hit the front.
154D1 LimerickRaces.ie M'dnThe Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Lough Cutra (GB), trained by G.M.Lyons, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
The Stewards enquired into an incident in the closing stages involving Emiyn (FR), ridden by O.J. Orr, placed fourth, Lough Cutra (GB), ridden by C.T. Keane, unplaced and Mosala, ridden by C.D. Hayes, placed second, where it appeared that Lough Cutra ran short of room and had to check. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards found C. D. Hayes in breach of Rule 214, in that he had ridden carelessly. Having considered C. D. Haye's record in this regard the Stewards cautioned him on this occasion
154D2 LimerickRaces.ie M'dnThe Stewards enquired into an incident approxmately three furlongs out involving Michael Hennery (GB), ridden by M.A. Gallagher, unplaced, Singleasapringle, ridden by J.M. Sheridan, unplaced and Thaleeq (GB), ridden by O.J. Orr, placed third, where it appeared that Michael Hennery ran short of room and had to check. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were unable to apportion blame and they therefore took no further action.
K.J. Leonard, rider of Path Of Flowers, trained by John Joseph Murphy, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount took a blow in the latter stages of the race.
M.A. Gallagher, rider of Michael Hennery (GB) trained by W.M.Roper, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount met with interference turning in.
J.M. Sheridan, rider of Singleasapringle trained by L.Young, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount hung right out of greenness when turning in.
P.A. Harnett, rider of Ballinroe (GB) trained by Augustine Leahy, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount clipped heels turning in.
154E Newcastle West Apprentice H'capThe Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer reported to the Stewards that Travelwise, trained by Patrick J.Flynn, was found to have blood at both nostrils as a result of exercise induced pulmonary haemorrhage.
G.M. Ryan, rider of Musalsal trained by Richard John O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount ran short of room one furlong out.
N.M. Crosse, rider of Woods trained by Oliver McKiernan, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount had no luck in running in the last furlong.
S.T. McCullagh, rider of Lottieloveheart trained by Leanne Breen, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount hung right.
S.M. Mooney, rider of Tennesse Waltz trained by Sean Byrne, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount ran short of room in the straight.

The Stewards received a report from the licensing department of the IHRB that there was an error on the race card concerning J. M. Sheridan's claim. J. M. Sheridan has ridden 29 winners, as opposed to 30, meaning he has a 7lb claim and not a 5lb claim as on the card.
