N.M. Crosse, rider of Got The Moves trained by A. Oliver, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount got no run in the straight.

The Stewards enquired into an incident inside the final furlong involving Bringsty (GB), ridden by R.P. Whelan, Stylistic Approach, ridden by K.J. Manning, and Got The Moves, ridden by N.M. Crosse, where it appeared horses came close together. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. R.P. Whelan stated that his mount was starting to back peddle when he got a shade tight. N.M. Crosse stated that he felt everyone was going for the same gap which led to the bunching. K.J. Manning stated that after a fast early pace the horses in front came back forcing him to switch off heels. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards apportioned no blame to any individual rider and took no further action.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Young Angel, trained by D. K. Weld, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

316F Leopardstown AutumnFest H'cap

C.P. Hoban, rider of Dream Tale (GB) trained by A. Oliver, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount was impeded after approximately 50 yards.

G.M. Ryan, rider of Piz Badile trained by Donnacha Aidan O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount suffered bad interference inside the final furlong.

S. Foley, rider of Caroline Herschel trained by Mrs John Harrington, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount was uncomfortable on the ground.

S.M. Crosse, rider of Voice Of Angels (GB) trained by Joseph Patrick O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount got a bit concested in the final furlong but it didn't affect his placing.

The Stewards enquired into possible interference in the straight involving Anchorage, ridden by J.A. Heffernan, placed third, Boundless Ocean, ridden by K.J. Manning, placed fifth, Glory Daze, ridden by R.P. Whelan, unplaced, Piz Badile, ridden by G.M. Ryan, placed second and Voice Of Angels (GB), ridden by S.M. Crosse, placed sixth, where it appeared horses ran short of room on the inner. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. R.P. Whelan reported that he went for a run down the inner but his mount didn't quicken and he ran short of room. G.M. Ryan stated that he got very tight for room and was turned sideways. K.J. Manning stated that he followed the pace, switched inside and got tight for room. S.M. Crosse stated that there was slight movement from his mount, he received no pressure from his outside and did not realise there were horses on his inner. J.A. Heffernan stated that they all wanted to be down the inner and the headwind was a factor. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards made no alteration to the Judge's placings. They did however find S.M. Crosse in breach of Rule 214 (Careless riding) and having taken his record into account suspended him for four race days.
