The Stewards fined John G. Carr, trainer, €65 for failing to fit a tongue tie to Fr Gilligansvoyge (GB), prior to entering the parade ring.

The Stewards enquired into the fall of Famous Day, ridden by B. Browne approximately four furlongs from home. Evidence was heard from B. Browne and Michael Jack Molloy, rider of Mystic Embarr. Having considered the evidence and viewed a recording of the race, the Stewards were not able to apportion blame as the video evidence from that area of the track was inconclusive and they therefore took no further action.

289E Mullingar Veterans H'cap S'chaseThe Stewards fined W.J.Austin, trainer, €65 for failing to fit the declared headgear to All The Chimneys, prior to entering the parade ring.
289F Wineport Lodge Beginners S'chaseThe Stewards enquired into possible interference after the last involving Battle Of Midway, ridden by S.W. Flanagan, placed second and Royal Thief, ridden by Rachael Blackmore, placed first, where it appeared that interference may have occurred. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were satisfied that while interference had taken place the winner had not improved its position relative to the second placed horse and they therefore made no alteration to the judge's placings and they took no further action.
Rachael Blackmore, rider of Royal Thief trained by Henry de Bromhead, reported to the Clerk of Scales that her mount hung left.
