267C Listen To Beat RaceThe Stewards interviewed B.M. Coen, rider of Ideal Pal, concerning his use of the whip in the latter stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards found the rider to be in breach of Reg.10.3.(g)(frequency) and having taken his previous record into account suspended him for 6 race days in accordance with the provisions of Reg.10.6(a)(fourth offence).
The Stewards informed Mrs.A.M.O'Shea, trainer that Golden Eye Diamond (GB), would have to be recertified before being declared to run from stalls again.
267D(ii) Jumps Racing October 4 Apprentice H'cap (Division Two)The Stewards interviewed Vanessa Maye, rider of Out On Friday, trained by Philip M. Byrne, concerning her riding in the closing stages of this race where it appeared she stopped riding in the final 50 yards when racing for fourth place. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who stated that while she accepted she stopped riding she felt she had obtained her best possible placing in any case. Having viewed the recording and considered the evidence, the Stewards found the rider in breach of Rule 212A (iv) and having taken her clean record and inexperience into account severely cautioned her.
The Stewards requested a report from Joseph Patrick O'Brien, trainer as to the apparent improvement in form of Tuamhain (GB), placed first, as compared with its recent form. The Trainer's Authorised Representative, B. Powell, reported that this filly had a few quick runs earlier in the season but had been given a break over the summer and freshened up. Being on a lower mark today and back on going she appreciates may have led to today's apparent improvement in form. Having considered the evidence the Stewards noted the explanation offered.
O.J. Orr, rider of Eyeoweyou trained by Karl Thornton, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount jumped slowly from stalls.
At the request of the Stewards, D.N. Curran, rider of William Ashford, trained by John James Feane, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount was slowly away and took time get into a rhythm.
267E D.Cordell Lavarack/Lanwades Stud(F)StksThe Stewards enquired into an incident in the straight involving Four White Socks (GB), ridden by D.P. McDonogh, Terzetto, ridden by R.P. Whelan, and Snapraeceps, ridden by S.M. Crosse, where it appeared Four White Socks (GB) bumps Terzetto. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards took no further action.

S. Foley, rider of Shenanigans trained by Roger Varian (in GB), reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount didn't handle the ground.
D.P. McDonogh, rider of Four White Socks (GB) trained by Joseph Tuite (in GB), reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was checked after turning into the straight.
267F Woodford Bar & Bistro Of The Year H'capT.P. Madden, rider of No Say Ever (GB) trained by Miss Amanda Mooney, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount ran up heels two furlongs down and had to check.
S. Foley, rider of Bodak trained by Mrs John Harrington, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount never came down the hill.
The Stewards enquired into an incident in the straight involving No Say Ever (GB), ridden by T.P. Madden, Merited, ridden by C.P. Hoban, Fulvio (USA), ridden by K.J. Manning, and Bajan Excell, ridden by C.D. Maxwell, where it appeared horses came close together. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards found T.P. Madden in breach of Rule 214 through careless riding and having taken his record into account cautioned him.
The Stewards fined Shane Crawley, trainer, €350 for lodging a passport in respect of Tartlette (GB), in which the vaccinations did not conform with the provisions of Rule 91. The Stewards ordered the withdrawal of Tartlette (GB) in accordance with the provisions of Rule 90.
267G 2020 Golf Membership From 600 M'dnThe Stewards enquired into an incident in the straight involving Ambitious Approach, ridden by K.J. Manning, Formal Order (GB), ridden by S. Foley, and Johan Parvenue, ridden by W.J. Lee, where it appeared Formal Order (GB) rolls onto Ambitious Approach which in turn rolls onto Johan Parvenue.
Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards took no further action other than to advise S. Foley to ride with more awareness in future.
