The Stewards fined the following trainer in respect of their non-runner:-

Peter Fahey, trainer of Graigstar (Late withdrawal) - €200

The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

J. P. Shinnick replaced C.P. Millar on Whiskeywealth, trained by Terence O'Brien (Race 7)(Stewards permission)

332A WINABMW.ie (Mares) M'dn H'dle

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer reported to the Raceday Stewards that Just Merry trained by Leonard Paul Flynn was found to have blood at both nostrils post race.

R. Deegan, rider of Just Merry, trained by Leonard Paul Flynn, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount burst a blood vessel.

332B Irish Stallion Farms EBF Beg Schase

J.G. Gilligan, rider of Sequestered, trained by Paul John Gilligan, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount made an abnormal respiratory noise from the top of the hill.

332E €100 Annual Badge Novice H'dle

J.G. Gilligan, rider of Itsalladream, trained by Paul John Gilligan, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount lost its action and was pulled up.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Itsalladream, trained by Paul John Gilligan, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to have a slight superficial wound to the medial right fore cannon but to be otherwise post race normal.

332F Glenlo Abbey Hotel & Estate M'dn H'dle

M.P. O'Connor, rider of El Barakah, trained by Henry de Bromhead, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount got tight for room going to the second last. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the matter the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

332H Race In Pink (F) (Pr-Am) INH Flat Race

Mr D.G. Lavery, rider of Kabylia (FR), trained by Gavin Cromwell, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount ran very free.

The Raceday Stewards enquired into possible interference in the closing stages involving Al Arrivee (FR), ridden by Mr P.W. Mullins, placed second, Rock On By (GB), ridden by C.D Smithers, placed first, and Tangara Bay (FR), ridden by Mr J.L. Gleeson, placed fourth, where it appeared interference may have occurred. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Mr. P. W. Mullins stated that he received pressure from his outside. C. D. Smithers stated that he held his line. Mr. J. L. Gleeson stated that his race was run and he received pressure from his outside. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

The Raceday Stewards interviewed Mr J.L. Gleeson, rider, in relation to him failing to proceed around the parade ring when mounted. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who stated that he was unaware of the regulation and apologised for his actions. Evidence was also heard from Joanna Meadowcroft, Authorised Representative for Henry De Bromhead, trainer of Tangara Bay. Having considered the evidence the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that Mr. J. L. Gleeson was in breach of Regulation 16 and having considered his record in this regard the Raceday Stewards fined Mr. J. L. Gleeson €100 on this occasion.
