The Stewards interviewed G.P. Brouder, rider of Briseuse De Coeur, concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who accepted that he had used his whip above what is permitted by rule, but stated that some were for corrective purposes as his mount hung both ways in the straight. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were satisfied that the rider had used his whip on at least one occasion for corrective purposes and therefore took no further action.

044F Love Your Mum At The Races H'cap

S.T. McCullagh, rider of Wisaka trained by Adrian Murray, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount hung right up the straight.

044H Winter Series Awards Day 4th April H'cap

B.M. Coen, rider of Sabrina Fairchild trained by Sarah Lynam, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount was checked after turning into the home straight.

S. Foley, rider of Pillar (GB) trained by Adrian McGuinness, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount got tight for room inside the final furlong.

A.J. Slattery, rider of Hee Haw trained by Mrs Julie Cashin, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount tired quickly in the closing stages.
