The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident in the final furlong involving Ohmyviette (FR), ridden by M. Santos, placed sixth, Perfect Pacemaker, ridden by W.J. Lee, placed first and Flash The Cash, ridden by S. Foley placed fourth, where it appeared interference may have occurred . Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. M. Santos stated that he didn't suffer much interference. S. Foley stated that he sat for half a stride as Perfect Pacemaker leaned left and passed him. W.J. Lee stated that his mount was green running for the first time and leaned left as he quickened by very well into an open space. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.
W.J. Lee, rider of Perfect Pacemaker, trained by Daniel James Murphy, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount leaned left.
338B View Restaurant At Dundalk H'capThe Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident inside the final furlong involving Sam's Xpress, ridden by D. McMonagle, placed sixth, Babyface, ridden by N.M. Crosse, placed second, My Girl Sioux, ridden by C. Horgan, placed first and Stopitnowjulia, ridden by M.W Hassett unplaced , where it appeared interference may have occurred. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. D. McMonagle stated that he felt pressure from the left. N.M. Crosse stated that he felt pressure from the left. C. Horgan stated that his mount drifted right but was clear and straightened when he got to the horse on his outside. M.W Hassett stated that he rode for luck and never really got the gap. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards did not apportion blame to any rider and took no further action.
338C Christmas Party Nights At Dundalk H'capThe Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Tango Flare, trained by Patrick T. Foley, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal. Samples were taken for further analysis.
At the request of the Raceday Stewards, N.M. Crosse, rider of Tango Flare, trained by Patrick T. Foley, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount was slowly away and was squeezed out shortly after.
338D Book Online At DundalkStadium.com M'dnK.G. Kennedy, rider of Sportingsilvermine, trained by Denis Gerard Hogan, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung right up the straight.
D.S. O'Sullivan, rider of Annaghmccanns, trained by S.R.B. Crawford, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount ducked left leaving the stalls.
The Raceday Stewards reviewed an incident in the closing stages involving Polaris Dancer, ridden by M.W Hassett, placed second, and Daboya, ridden by C.D. Hayes, placed first, where it appeared they came close together near the finish line. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.
At the request of the Raceday Stewards, C.D. Hayes, rider of Daboya, trained by D. K. Weld, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that he used his whip in the forehand position down the shoulder of his mount for correction purposes.

338F1 Irishinjuredjockeys.com H'capThe Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident shortly after the start involving Nawraq, ridden by P. McGettigan, placed fifth, Draiocht, ridden by M.P. Sheehy, placed fourth, Hastily (GB), ridden by Nicola Burns, placed sixth and Jalo, ridden by C.D. Maxwell, unplaced, where it appeared heels were clipped. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. P. McGettigan stated that his mount clipped a heel as C.D. Maxwell's mount came across him. M.P. Sheehy stated that he received pressure from the outside when the horse on his outside clipped a heel. Nicola Burns stated that her mount ran keen and the horse in front of her dropped back onto her. C.D. Maxwell stated that there was only room for one horse on his inside and he was clear of the horse that clipped his heel. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards did not apportion blame to any rider and took no further action. P. McGettigan and Nicola Burns were accompanied at this enquiry by Brendan Madden.
338F2 Irishinjuredjockeys.com H'capThe Raceday Stewards interviewed C.D. Maxwell, rider of Glencullen, concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned, who accepted that he was in breach of the whip Regulation and apologised for his actions. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Raceday Stewards found C.D. Maxwell in breach of R.10.3 (g) (frequency) and having considered his clean record in this regard, they suspended him for three racedays.
The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Deed Pole (GB), trained by Cian Hughes, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal. Samples were taken for further analysis.
