The Stewards requested a report from James McAuley, trainer, as to the apparent improvement in form of Farnese (GB), placed first, as compared with its recent run five months ago. James McAuley reported that his charge ran most disappointingly at Dundalk on 12th July and no abnormality was found. Since then this animal was transferred to D.G.
